In Naples, Italy, Gino Sorbillo is something of a celebrity. His pizza is often regarded as being the best in the country and apparently, it’s so good it was even blessed by none other than Pope Francis himself! Despite the tremendous praise, Sorbillo takes an uncomplicated approach to making his highly-regarded pies.
If you’re curious to see whether the lofty praise heaped on Gino Sorbillo is true, you’ll soon be able to try it for yourself when Sorbillo opens its doors right here in Miami Beach on Wednesday, October 30. The restaurant menu will have a variety of Neapolitan-style pizza in classic and seasonal varieties plus foods like pasta, calzones. And more. In keeping with the tradition of the other locations in Tokyo, New York, Naples, and Milan, the pizzas ranging from $16 to $28 will be limited to 300 per day on a first-come, first-serve basis. This limit does not apply to the rest of the menu.
Sorbillo will be located at 100 Collins Avenue.
