Continuum’s One Bedroom Unit Comes out on Top

Earlier this month, the Miami version of Curbed ran an interesting article discussing the ten most expensive one-bedroom condos. These condos command an asking price of at least $2.3 million or more, and two of the units mentioned in the article area located in the Continuum South Beach. In fact, out of the ten total units listed, the Continuum comes out at the very top of the list, with an asking price of $3.8 million, or $2,162 a foot.
The one bedroom unit is located at the Continuum South Tower, also known as Continuum I. As one of two buildings called Continuum, these South Beach condos are among the most in demand buildings on the barrier island and belong to the trendy area of properties comprising what’s called “South of Fifth”.
Residents of Continuum enjoy fabulously luxurious amenities and some truly stellar vistas of the incredible Atlantic Ocean, the Port of Miami, and the private community of Fisher Island. Over ten acres of manicured grounds, a spa and gym comprising four stories, a trio of tennis courts, a pair of lagoon-style pools, Continuum is packed with spectacular amenities. The location is also within walking distance of South Beach’s best hotspots.
