Miami’s Best Art Museums

Miami offers a large quantity of reasons to be named one of the best cities to live on in the United States. Miami offers a unique confluence of Caribbean, North and South American cultures. Miami’s museums cover a broad range of interests for its locals and visitors. PAMM is all about international art, MOCA prefers modern culture, and Bass is full of history just in its structure.

Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) is located inside  Museum Park, and is dedicated to collect and exhibit international art of the 20th and 21st centuries. PAMM offers a variety of events and exhibitions .

The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) offers an active exhibition schedule, presenting eight to ten exhibitions annually, and seeking a fresh approach to examining the art of our times. Also, MOCA offers Jazz concert series on the last Friday of every month. The MOCA is the best museum in Miami to appreciate beautiful and unusual exhibitions.

Bass Museum is located in Miami Beach and is full of Art Old Masters, modern and contemporary exhibitions. Bass was originally founded in 1963, but Russell Pancoast designed it in 1930. The museum opened the Lindemann Family Creativity Center in January 2012, to host art classes and workshops.
