The City of Miami’s Plans for an Observation Tower, SkyRise

SkyRise Miami is the creation of develop Jeff Berkowits, whose goal was to create a recognizable and cultural icon for the city, Unlike other observation towers, SkyRise will be asymmetrical, facing the Caribbean and South America to welcome the many visitors who come from those regions (and increasingly from around the world.

Not only will the tower serve as a viewing deck, but it will comprise one big recreational center that will include everything from a park to a five-star restaurant, privileged nightclub, and much more.
